Neurodiverse - ADHD - Autism

I regularly work with children, teens and adults with ADHD and/or Autism. I have personal and professional experience with neurodivergence and understand how it can affect any age.

ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergence are more than the brief clips you might see on social media. People can have different aspects, which others may not display. Obviously there will be a lot of behavioural similarities, but..... figuring out the best way for you to function in a world that isn't quite designed for neurodivergence, can be helpful. 

We don't always have to be the circle peg trying to fit in a square hole!
