About Me

My name is Phil. I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Supervisor and an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a registered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I also have over 15 years experience working in social care which is where I made the decision to re-train as a Counsellor. 

I understand having therapy can be daunting but taking the first step to talk openly can be beneficial.
